Cheesy Ranch Ground Beef & Potato Casserole

Hearty, simple, and made to feed a family—this ground beef casserole is comfort food at its best. Layers of seasoned beef, tender potatoes, and melted cheese come together for an easy, satisfying meal everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lazy 3X Ranch ground beef
  • 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F.


2. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.


3. Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.


4. Layer the Casserole

In a greased baking dish:

  • Add a layer of sliced potatoes
  • Add a layer of beef mixture
  • Pour some sauce over the top
  • Sprinkle cheese

Repeat layers until ingredients are used.


5. Bake

Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.


6. Rest & Serve

Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.
