Shipping policy

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the continental United States via UPS overnight speed. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged with ice packs and/or dry ice when they ship. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders on Mondays, unless it is a holiday then we will ship on Tuesday. Orders received after the shipping cutoff will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
